The ready and connected condenser is placed inside the actuator for greater protection.

This system is highly compact and rigid, thanks to a low-speed screw with a diameter of 20 mm supported by two bearings on the motor side and by bushing on the opposite side.

The irreversibility of the motor ensures that the gates lock in position. A hardwearing, original customised key device is provided for release the mechanism.

This motor has a special inclined design, which ensures an excellent, high-efficiency mechanical arrangement, thanks to just one bronze alloy gear having a diameter of 40 mm.

The whole system is designed for fast installation. Both closing and opening limit switches is made directly in the upper aluminium profile and has a removable cover for easy adjustment even with the actuator mounted.

The electric motor completed with cap is screwed onto the frame, thereby ensuring excellent operation and fully reliable constant rotation. The motor is made with class “F” materials using innovative industrial system and is fitted with a safety thermostat. To guarantee high efficiency and reduce friction, the actuator worm screw is made in special hardening and precision-finishing process.

The sturdiness of the load-bearing structure is guaranteed by a die-cast aluminium frame connected to the extruded aluminium profile by means of three stay rods. This feature ensures great reliability and excellent performance both for residential and industrial use, with the result of reducing periodic maintenance to a minimum and guaranteeing durability.
