The gate rests on a support that pivots on a large hardened steel ball, which prevents the usual early wear or instability of the rotation system.

FOUNDATION BOX
The self-supporting foundation box is in galvanised steel or stainless steel and is always installed at the same time as the gate, while the motor drive init may be applied later.

The irreversibility of the gear motor ensures that the gate remains tightly shut, thereby avoiding the installation of electric locks (only recommended for gates exceeding 2.5 m). The basic solution offers a practical lever release, the personalised key version has a special key release. Resetting in both version is automatic by re-closing the gate.

The electric motor – the heart of the system – is made with innovative industrial processes using class F material and is fitted with safety thermostat. It is placed in a strong, turned, die-cast aluminium container, which ensures perfect, low-noise, constant and totally reliable rotation over the years.

Sturdy die-cast aluminium frame structurally designed to withstand the considerable forces in question; the thickness of the aluminium, bearings and components has been designed for the heaviest duty, resulting in unique performance and maximum reliability.
