OPENING AND CLOSING
An efficient device regulates the opening and closing stages. During opening a micro switch limits the door travel; during closing an original system delays the signal foe approx. 2 second to allow the door to close completely .

SECURE CLOSING
Tight closure is guaranteed by the irreversibility of the gear system. The over head door may be released from the inside and opened manually thanks to a handy knob; the release may be activated through the relative cord accessory, using the outside handle.

COURTESY LIGTH
The courtesy light is a standard in all models and serves to illuminate the surroundings. It comes on at the same time as the gear motor and automatically switches off after a set time.

TRASMISION OF MOVEMENT
Sturdy, efficient, reliable system. The gear motor is fitted with a spine shaft with UNI 221 profile, which ensures an excellent mechanical fit.

LOW NOISE
The gears are in steel/bronze mounted on ball bearings and lubricated with fluid grease: the result is low noise during movement and maximum duration.

HIGH-EFFICENCY HEART
The electric motor – the heart of the system- is made with innovative industrial processes using class F material and is fitted which safety thermostat. It is placed in a strong, turned, die-cast aluminium container, which ensures perfect, low-noise, constant and totally reliable rotation over the years.

SPECIAL PRFORMACE
The design of the R41 range is particularly conscientious: since the motor drive is inserted within the dwelling environment, it is important to guarantee maximum safety and security, low noise and lasting reliability. The container of the of the electric motor and the two solid die-cast aluminium shells with the carefully, machined assembly surfaces make up the sturdy load-bearing structure of the gar motor, ensuring aesthetic quality and functionality.
