of galvanized steel bollards makes them suitable

Sentry Posts’s stainless steel bollards provide
a sleek and stylish finish to projects ranging
from the high street to prestigious
developments. Sentry Posts's range is supplied
in S304 stainless steel as standard. S316 is
recommended for waterside applications. |

Sentry Posts’s heavy duty concrete bollards
provide security and demarcation in built-up
environments. They offer a strong, rugged
obstacle which deters vandalism and the threat
of ram-raiding. Two types of concrete bollards
are available, the first is a traditional range
of hardwearing bollards with a smooth or exposed
aggregate finish. The second has more stylish
and contemporary designs. |

Recycled plastic bollards are suitable for light
and medium duty marker uses. The grained outer
appearance makes them a durable alternative to
timber bollards in parks, rural environments and
landscaped sights. Constructed of recycled
plastic from 100% mixed post-consumer waste. |

Most landscape schemes use bollards to keep
spaces open and accessible to pedestrians,
whilst providing effective traffic control.
Wooden bollards are supplied with either flat,
chamfered, pointed or domed tops in a range of
sizes, which would normally suit rural
environments, such as cycle paths and walkways. |

Cast iron waterside bollards are ideal for
docks, canalsides, harbours, marinesides and
other water based locations. They provide
reliable mooring in environments liable to
deteriorate as a result of exposure to harsh
weather and salty atmospheres. Waterside
bollards can be used to provide access control
or ornament whilst remaining sensitive to the
site's original character. |

Illuminated bollards provide low level
illumination of paths, entrances and special
features. Sentry
Posts offers a range of illuminated
bollards manufactured from cast iron, steel or
aluminium with a choice of opal or clear glazing
and louvered or refracted optics. Ideal for
safety and security situations, as well as
helping to illuminate light trespass and sky
glow; both forms of light pollution. |
